2. Attend academic conferences irregularly to stay updated on industry trends and gather valuable market and customer information.

3. Promote the company business, negotiate projects, and participate in exhibitions.

4. Manage target customers, maintain customer relationships, facilitate project collaborations, and achieve customer development goals.

5. Receive and consult clients, handle client reception, sign contracts, track contract payments, and address complaints.

6. Collect market information.

1. A background in virology, immunology, or antiviral drug screening; master’s degree or above is preferred. Master's degree or higher required.

2. At least 1 year of experience in preclinical CRO services, with experience in technical support, project management, or sales.

3. Excellent customer resources and development capabilities, with an understanding of market conditions and advantages in geography, networking, etc.

4. Strong communication, coordination, stress management, goal management, and time management skills.

1. Interface with external customer needs.

2. Design preliminary plans for company CRO projects.

3. Arrange CRO project experiments, monitor progress, and ensure delivery.

4. Assist frontend sales in addressing CRO business inquiries.

1. Master’s degree or above in a virus-related field.

2. 3 or more years of experience in CRO project delivery.

3. Experience in virus-related or vaccine-related R&D; excellent communication and coordination skills.

Additional Information:Preclinical CRO business mainly involves high-throughput screening of antiviral drugs, drug evaluation, vaccine evaluation, and other virus-related services.

1. Evaluate drug activity at the cellular level, involving in vitro cell culture, cell model establishment, and related molecular biology experiments.

2. Optimize methods and evaluate drug activity, involving various virus-related experimental techniques.

3. Collect, organize, and analyze experimental data, write reports, read English experimental protocols, report progress, and address abnormalities during experiments.
